Every journey begins at the refinery. SKBP® procures vacuum-residue bitumen from reputed Indian refineries and vetted international suppliers — origin documented, grade certified, no grey-market stock. Ever.
Imported consignments clear customs with full documentation and move inland under temperature-controlled logistics. Domestic stock travels by insulated tanker. Either way, the chain of custody never breaks.
Raw material reaches our facility on Nandgaon Road, Kosi Kalan. Incoming batches are sampled and logged before a single litre enters the storage tanks — if it doesn't meet intake spec, it doesn't come in.
This is where SKBP® earns its mark. Controlled heating, precision blending and — for modified grades — polymer and crumb-rubber integration turn raw residue into VG-10, VG-30, VG-40, emulsions, PMB and CRMB.
Penetration. Softening point. Viscosity. Ductility. Each production batch passes the full IS:73 test sequence in our lab before it is cleared for packing. The result travels with the consignment as a test certificate.
Cleared product is sealed into new embossed steel drums, loaded hot into bulk tankers, or containerised for export. The SKBP® mark goes on only after the quality gate — that's what the ® stands for.
